Meet The Allergy Chef
Kathlena, The Allergy Chef, has been helping people with food allergies for over ten years. She is well versed in many special diets including top 8 allergy free, vegan, paleo, GAPs, AIP, SCD, Low Histamine, Diabetic friendly, and more. She personally has over two hundred allergies, and completely understands what you face on a daily basis if living with allergies.

Karlton is an integral part of The Food Allergy Expedition. He’s worked tirelessly for years to help build the foundation of everything Free and Friendly Foods has been able to accomplish.
Behind the scenes, he’s the number one taste tester, the audio and video guy, the awesome voice that introduces The Allergy Chef, and he runs lots of errands.
Meet The Kids
The Kids are great help at Free and Friendly Foods. Without them, none of this would be possible. During the Expedition, the kids help manage the day to day tasks to keep the operation running smoothly. Only one of them doesn’t have a food allergy, so they also understand what it’s like to struggle to find safe food.
